These terms govern your use of QRListy. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What QRListy is
QRListy is a tool that lets a business publish its own price list or catalog and share it with customers through a link, QR code, or WhatsApp inquiry button. QRListy does not process orders, payments, or transactions between you and your customers, and does not match buyers with sellers on your behalf.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and prices you publish, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to represent the business whose catalog you're creating.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use QRListy to publish content that's illegal, fraudulent, or misleading, to impersonate another business, or to use the platform for anything other than publishing your own product or price information. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate this.
Plans and billing
Free includes up to 10 products in one list. Pro is billed monthly or annually and unlocks unlimited products, multiple lists, password-protected dealer lists, export, removal of QRListy branding, and extended analytics history. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles applicable VAT and sales tax. You can cancel Pro at any time from your billing page; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to Free rather than being deleted.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case by case according to Polar's refund policy, since Polar processes the payment as merchant of record.
No guarantee of traffic, ranking, or sales
QRListy does not guarantee any amount of website traffic, search engine ranking, visibility, or sales for your catalog. QRListy is a tool for publishing and sharing your own price list — it is not an advertising, marketplace, or lead-generation service, and we make no promises about outcomes beyond providing that tool.
Your content
You own the products, prices, images, and other content you upload to your catalog. You can export it at any time (Pro) or request a copy by contacting support@qrlisty.com. By publishing a catalog, you grant QRListy the limited right to host and display that content as part of providing the service.
Service availability
We aim to keep QRListy available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for losses caused by downtime, service interruptions, or issues with third-party providers we rely on.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including publishing prohibited content or misusing the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify account holders by email.
