Cancel anytime, no lock-in

Refund requests are handled case by case, according to our billing partner Polar's refund policy.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Switch anytime from your billing page — the change applies at your next billing cycle.
What happens to my extra products if I downgrade to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Products past the free plan's 10-item limit are hidden from your public catalog, not removed. Upgrade again and they reappear.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
You can use every core feature on the Free plan first, with up to 10 products, before deciding to upgrade — there's no separate trial period on Pro.
Why is yearly billing cheaper?
$79/year works out to $6.58/month, compared to $9.99/month billed monthly — a savings of about 34% for paying upfront.
Who handles billing and payments?
Payments are processed by our billing partner, Polar, which also handles VAT and sales tax where required. QRListy itself never processes checkout for your products or customers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing page. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
