Import your price list from Excel

Most price lists already exist somewhere — usually in an Excel file that's grown for years. QRListy reads it directly: upload your file, preview every row before anything is added, and see exactly which rows have a problem so you can fix them without redoing the whole file.

Preview before you commit

Nothing is added to your catalog until you approve it. Before the import runs, you see a full preview of every row QRListy read from your file, mapped to the right fields — name, price, SKU, unit, category — so you can catch a mistake before it goes live.

A row-level error report, not a failed import

If a row has a problem — a missing price, a duplicate SKU — QRListy tells you exactly which row and why, and imports everything else. You fix the flagged rows and re-import just those, instead of starting over.

Your data is never overwritten by accident

Products you didn't touch in a re-import stay exactly as they are. QRListy matches rows by SKU and only updates what changed, so importing an updated file doesn't wipe out edits you made directly in your catalog.

Export the same file structure back out

On Pro, export your catalog to Excel/CSV using the same column structure you imported — useful for backups, sharing with an accountant, or moving your data somewhere else entirely.

Questions

What file formats can I import?
Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files are both supported.
Will importing overwrite products I've already edited?
No. QRListy matches rows by SKU and only updates fields that changed — products you haven't touched in the file stay as they are.
What happens if a row has an error?
You get a row-level report showing exactly which rows failed and why. Every other row still imports — nothing is held back because of one bad row.
Is there a limit to how many products I can import?
Free is capped at 10 products total. Pro removes the limit, so you can import a full catalog of any size.
